Shipping policy

After the placement of an order, there is a processing and verification period that typically lasts for 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After this period is over, the order will be shipped out. The typical duration for shipping is within the range of 3 to 7 business days. During periods of sales and holidays, there is a possibility of experiencing delays in processing and shipment times. 

The shipping confirmation email will be sent to you promptly upon the creation of a label for your order. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking status of your shipment to become available after the label has been prepared.

Please ensure that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate by reviewing it carefully. At the moment, we are unable to modify an order after it has been placed. Nevertheless, if we can facilitate alterations on your behalf, it is important to acknowledge that these modifications will not be reflected in the shipment confirmation email.
